Because of train I got late by 5 hours, then the hotel was almost closed, they turned of the light so that it was difficult to find out. In the reception no one was attending. I had to wait for some time for the person to come. Also the room allocated requires maintenance
Great hotel! The amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, making me feel welcomed right from the start.
