I had a comfortable stay in the room. It was well-maintained, clean, and had all the necessary facilities. The air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, making the stay pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a nice, cozy feel to it. However, the washroom could have been cleaner. While it was usable, it needed more attention to hygiene. This was a bit disappointing as the rest of the room was well-kept. Another issue was that the hotel did not provide towels, soap, or a toothbrush. It would have been much better if these basic essentials were available, as they are usually expected in any stay. Despite these small issues, I still had a good experience. The room itself was comfortable, and everything else worked fine. If the hotel improves the cleanliness of the washroom and provides basic toiletries, it would make the stay even better. I would consider staying here again in the future if these things are taken care of.
