I had a wonderful experience at Vembanad Lodge. The receptionist, Mr. Dileep and the staff, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, especially when I had to check in very late at 2:00 AM on two occasions. Despite the late hour, he assisted me with a pleasant smile and ensured everything went smoothly. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. Overall, the hospitality and quality of the stay made it a pleasant experience. The lodge is conveniently located in the center of town, very close to the Vaikom KSRTC bus stand, making it easy to get around. Overall, the hospitality and quality of the stay were excellent I truly appreciate the exceptional service from Mr. Dileep and the staff!
I recently stayed here and had a fantastic experience! The room was clean, spacious, and well-decorated, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were fresh and soft. The bathroom was spotless, with a good supply of toiletries and excellent water pressure in the shower. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. I also appreciated the location—it was conveniently close to major attractions and restaurants, yet quiet enough for a peaceful stay.
