The hotel's location was absolutely amazing, an ideal spot for exploring the city. However, the check-in experience was disappointing, with long waits and lack of efficiency. The staff, unfortunately, had poor service, lacking friendliness and helpfulness. Despite these setbacks, the location alone warrants a 5-star rating.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was top-notch, with all the amenities I needed. The check-in experience was seamless and the staff was extremely helpful. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
