The room was very good, clean and comfortable but the staff refused to provide water bottle to us. He took payment for the water bottle, when I told him to provide the water bottle for free because it was included in the facilities but the staff refused to provide it free and he asked me to contact booking. comnRest was all well.I didn't like the refusal of the staff of this property to provide water bottle for free because that was included in the facilities.
Checkin experience was smooth and hassle-free, just like the warm Indian hospitality offered by the staff throughout our stay. The food at the hotel was exceptional, with authentic Indian flavors served in a well-presented manner. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making our stay truly memorable.
