The check-in experience was smooth and efficient, deserving a solid 4-star rating. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. However, the location of the hotel was not ideal, which can only be given a disappointing 1-star rating.

The check-in experience at this hotel was smooth and hassle-free. The staff were friendly and efficient. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to tourist attractions and public transportation. Overall, a pleasant stay.
