I must say, the check-in experience at this hotel deserves a full 5 stars! The staff was also very friendly and helpful, earning them another 5 stars. While the amenities were good, they could be improved slightly, hence the 4 stars. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I was impressed with the room and check-in experience at this hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the check-in process was smooth. However, I felt that the cleanliness could have been better. Overall, a great stay!
