I must say, the check-in experience at this hotel deserves a full 5 stars! The staff was also very friendly and helpful, earning them another 5 stars. While the amenities were good, they could be improved slightly, hence the 4 stars. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Checkin experience was smooth and hassle-free, though the front desk staff could have been more welcoming. Nonetheless, the process was efficient and I received all the necessary information in a timely manner. Overall, a satisfactory checkin experience.
