I would rate the staff at this hotel 4 stars, as they were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The amenities provided were also impressive, earning another 4 stars. However, the check-in experience was a bit lackluster, as the manager denied the check in but it was resolved later on only deserving 3 stars. Overall, a pleasant stay.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The check-in was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff was very welcoming. The food was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and everything was well-maintained. Highly recommend!
