I visited here many times but i didn't feeling awful check-in process before then today. And i see first time that lady staff and she behaved badly and unnecessarily she created chaos on reception and made me wait longer than necessary at the reception. Worst experience i feel during checkin by the reception staff

The checkin experience at this hotel was fabulous, worthy of a 5 star rating. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, another deserving 5 star. The hotel's location was perfect, making it convenient for exploring the city. Overall, a 5 star experience! Check in very fast and behaviours of the stafs are best
