The check-in experience at the hotel was disappointing, and the location and amenities didn't meet my expectations. However, the overall stay was still pleasant and comfortable, thanks to the friendly staff and cozy rooms. I would recommend this hotel for those who are looking for a budget-friendly option.

The hotel staff were absolutely wonderful! They provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable.
