Food: The food at this hotel was delicious and had a great variety of options. I enjoyed my meals and would definitely give it a 4-star rating. Location: The hotel is conveniently located and surrounded by plenty of shopping and entertainment options. It was easy to get around the city from this hotel. I would say it deserves a 4-star rating for its location. Check-in experience: The check-in experience at this hotel was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would give it a 5-star rating for the excellent check-in experience.
The room provides to me was a tiny one with no ventilation / windows. There should have been some problem with the bathroom exhaust because of which the entire room smelled damp and pungent. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and quick to address our compliants. He even arranged an iron box when requested one. Parking space were difficult to find during busy hours. However valet took good care of car. Overall could have been a great stay but ended up with a pleasant one.
