Great hospitality. From the moment we went and enquired about the room, they received us well and gave a humble reception. They helped in taking out luggage from our car and showed us the room and comforted us with no urgency of documentation. I believe first we talked to the owner only and he was very gentle and then the manager at the reception was kind and had a very pleasant demeanour. But the man who took all our praise and deserves every bit of it is Pawan Kumar Gupta. He was the man who attended us, cooked for us and served us too. And what a man he was. Truly a gem of a person. Great food and even great hospitality. The reason our stay become such a pleasant one.
The hotel staff was extremely courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The check-in process was a breeze, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Kudos to the amazing staff!
