I arrived late in the evening in Kota and had booked a hotel there the day before which, after contacting the hotel, was accepted. Upon arrival I was told that they could not accept me because I am not Indian. Tried and called several hotels, but was not accepted anywhere. Finally arrived at Royal Paradise and they helped me to the bus stop and bus to Bundi (which would be my next destination). Thank you for all the help! (Original) Ik kan geen beoordeling geven voor het hotel en kamers zelf, maar een 5 ster review voor personeel dat er werkt! Ik kwam laat in de avond aan in Kota en had daar dag van tevoren een hotel geboekt welke, na contact met hotel gehad te hebben, was geaccepteerd. Bij aankomt werd mij verteld dat zij mij niet mochten accepteren omdat ik geen Indiër ben. Meerdere hotels geprobeerd en gebeld, maar werd nergens geaccepteerd. Uiteindelijk bij Royal Paradise aangekomen en zij hebben mij geholpen richting busstop en bus naar Bundi ( wat mijn volgende bestemming zou zijn). Dankjewel voor alle hulp!

The room was excellent, top-notch amenities and cozy ambiance. Cleanliness was good, but can be even better. The check-in experience was satisfactory. Overall, a pleasant stay.
