Booked during Coldplay Concert over Agoda. Had to confirm at least twice before check-in cause for some reason the owner was saying rooms were unavailable. Later I got them somehow. The rooms was okay, but washroom toilet was broken in my room. Good thing was it was a 5min walking distance from the railway station.

The hotel's location is really good, it's very convenient and near to all the attractions. However, the check-in experience could have been better, the staff was a bit slow and unorganized.
