Stayed here with my family for a week and it was exceptional. First of all, location is great for exploring Srinagar and day trips to nearby places. Rooms were tidy and spacious. They had TV, WiFi and attached bathroom with hot water. What made our stay exceptional was Imtiaz sir (owner) who is extremely kind and caring person. He helped us with planning our trip, arranged a daily cab and shared useful tips for food, shopping and travel. He was always available to answer any queries we had. He even hosted dinner with authentic Kashmiri food for my family on Eid. I am truly amazed by his hospitality. Highly recommend the place to anyone planning a trip to Srinagar and thanks to Imtiaz sir for making our stay memorable.
I had an amazing checkin experience at this hotel. The staff was prompt and efficient, making the process smooth and hassle-free. The location of the hotel is great, although not perfect. It is still convenient and close to many attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with tidy rooms and well-maintained common areas. Overall, a wonderful stay!
