The checkin experience was a bit disappointing, but the staff at the hotel made up for it with their excellent service. However, the amenities provided were not up to par and need improvement. Overall, I would rate my stay at the hotel with 5 stars due to the excellent staff and overall experience.
The 4-star hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of staff behavior, check-in experience, and cleanliness. The staff was courteous and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
