I must say that the check-in experience at this hotel was exceptional, deserving a 5-star rating. However, the cleanliness of the premises left much to be desired, only earning a 3-star rating. The staff also seemed to lack enthusiasm, resulting in a 2-star rating. Overall, a decent stay but improvements are necessary.

The hotel staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, ensuring a hassle-free experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with rooms and facilities maintained to the highest standards. Overall, a perfect 5-star experience!
