The hotel's location is absolutely perfect! The check-in experience was seamless. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, not exceptional, but still satisfactory. Overall, a great stay!
I had a pleasant stay at Capital O Hotel Kartik, with excellent room service and attentive staff making the experience comfortable. The food provided in the room was a standout feature—convenient and delicious, adding a special touch to the stay. The amenities were good and met expectations, but the presence of mosquitoes was a drawback; carrying an anti-mosquito repellent is advisable during winter. Additionally, floor cleaning and bed sheet cleanliness could be further improved. The toilets and bathrooms, though somewhat old-fashioned in design, were clean and functional. Overall, it was a nice experience, and I would consider staying here again, especially for the exceptional room service and food.
