The hotel had a satisfactory check-in experience but the room was disappointing. The check-in process was a bit slow and could use some improvement. Unfortunately, the room fell short of expectations as it was not properly cleaned and had some maintenance issues.Moreover this was a way sub-par room offered at this price zone. It felt more like someone just gave me a place for a stay at their home. We wanted to spend the night their because of the construction in our house but we just couldn't. There was no AC provided...not even a cooler was there. Even the fan wasn't rotating at the full speed. There was no privacy whatsoever. The bathroom wasn't clean. There was just personal mirror hung over there. The toilet seat was broken. There was absolutely no plus point of that placet was a total disaster.Even my own house seemed a better place even with the fact that there is a renovation going on at my place. This was not acceptable. If I wasn't with a family member, I would've asked for r

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, earning a well-deserved 5 stars. The food was exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious options that also deserve a 5-star rating. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, exceeding my expectations and earning yet another 5 stars. I highly recommend this hotel!
