I recently stayed at this hotel and despite the lower ratings for check-in, cleanliness, and room, I must say that overall my experience was 5-star worthy. The hotel staff made up for the check-in experience and the room was comfortable despite being slightly untidy. The amenities and service provided were top-notch, making my stay enjoyable. Keep up the good work!

The checkin experience was top-notch, smooth and hassle-free. The food was absolutely delightful with a wide range of options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was good, although there were a few minor areas that could have been improved. Overall, a pleasant stay!
