My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The room was smaller than expected and had a musty smell. The cleanliness was below standard, with dust on surfaces and stains on the bedding. The air conditioning was noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The staff was unresponsive to requests, and room service took too long. The Wi-Fi connection was weak, and the breakfast options were limited and unappetizing. Additionally, the hotel was located in a noisy area, which disrupted my rest. Overall, I expected better service for the price, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
