I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, earning a well-deserved 5-star rating. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, also deserving of 5 stars. The only drawback was the location, which was just average, hence the 3-star rating. Nonetheless, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent check-in experience and comfortable rooms!

The checkin experience at the hotel was satisfactory, but could have been better. The staff was friendly and helpful, but their service could have been more prompt. The food quality was disappointing and needs improvement. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
