I am extremely delighted to rate this hotel with 5 stars for its fantastic amenities, luxurious rooms, and smooth check-in experience. The hotel's amenities exceeded my expectations and the room was absolutely divine. The check-in process was hassle-free and the staff was very efficient. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location was not up to the mark, check-in experience was disappointing, and the room quality was below average. However, the hotel staff was extremely hospitable and the food was delicious. The overall service was exceptional, making up for the shortcomings.
