The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel. 5 stars!
The location of the hotel was not ideal, resulting in inconvenience when exploring the city. The check-in experience was also disappointing, with slow and unhelpful staff. Furthermore, the lack of amenities at the hotel was very disappointing. However, the overall experience was excellent due to the comfortable rooms and efficient housekeeping service.
