The check-in experience, location, and amenities at this hotel were not up to par. Despite the shortcomings, I must say that the hotel overall was decent and provided a satisfactory stay. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Improvement is needed in these areas to match the high standards set by other 4-star hotels.

The check-in experience was decent, but the food was absolutely fantastic! The amenities, however, were disappointing. Overall, a great stay with tasty meals, although the lackluster amenities brought the rating down.
