We were traveling from Omkareshwar to Indore and had initially booked our stay at Hotel Indraprastha. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the owner, who was incredibly polite and hospitable. The rooms at Indraprastha were clean, spacious, and comfortable—absolutely worth the price. However, after we mentioned that we planned to explore local spots like Sarafa Bazaar, Citadel, and that our bus the next day was departing from Teen Imli Chauraha, the owner genuinely advised us that those places were a bit far from his hotel. What truly impressed us was what he did next—he arranged a room for us in another nearby hotel, Hotel Loto, which was much closer to our planned destinations. Not only that, but since local rickshaws were charging unreasonable fares, he personally dropped us to the new hotel and helped us settle in. The room at Hotel Loto was also very comfortable and had all necessary facilities—and the price he arranged was very reasonable too. This kind of genuine care, honesty, and above-and-beyond hospitality is rare these days. Both hotels were excellent, but it was the thoughtfulness of the owner that made this experience truly special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for not just a place to stay—but real Indian hospitality at its finest.
