The check-in experience at the hotel was decent, although it could have been better. The staff was somewhat unhelpful and could use some improvement in their customer service skills. The room was disappointing and did not meet my expectations. However, overall, the hotel had potential and with a few changes, it could become a great place to stay.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing, providing excellent service and going above and beyond. The room, however, could use some improvement. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional staff and exceptional service. Staff is good
