The hotel's location is impeccable, offering easy access to all the popular attractions of the city. However, our check-in experience was disappointing, with a long wait and lack of efficiency. The room was also below our expectations, with outdated amenities and cleanliness issues. Nevertheless, the hotel's prime location definitely made up for these shortcomings.
This hotel is a pure delight! The rooms were fabulous, the staff was extremely courteous and the check-in experience was smooth as butter. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Kudos to the hotel for providing such excellent service. Will definitely recommend to others!
