I recently stayed at Oyo Surya Hotel and unfortunately had a negative experience with the owner. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, which made my stay uncomfortable. While the location and amenities were satisfactory, the service did ngt męet my expectations. I hope the managemeńt can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests
I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was top-notch with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The check-in experience was flawless, with friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommend this hotel for a perfect stay!
