I recently stayed at Oyo Surya Hotel and unfortunately had a negative experience with the owner. I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously, which made my stay uncomfortable. While the location and amenities were satisfactory, the service did not meet my expectations. I hope the managemeńt can address these issues to improve the experience for future guests
