The check-in experience was fabulous, the staff was courteous and efficient. The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend it to others!

The hotel provided a subpar checkin experience, lacking efficiency. The cleanliness of the hotel was also disappointing, as there were certain areas that could have been better maintained. However, the staff was amiable and responsive to our requests, which was the highlight of our stay.
