I had an amazing check-in experience at this hotel! The staff was friendly and efficient. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. It could have been cleaner. The room itself was also not up to my expectations. Overall, the check-in experience was great, but cleanliness and room quality need improvement.
