OYO give me excellent experience but at the time of check in hotel receptionist demand for Rs. 892 for the stay due to emergency I pay this amount also. Overall I give Rs. 1531 i.e. 639 by the OYO application and 892 in the form of cash at the time of check in. Therefore I Request OYO please if possible refund my money from OYO or Hotel Ashoka Palace. And please pay attention such type of frauds done by hotel managers

I was pleased with the check-in process at the hotel. The staff was efficient and friendly, making the experience smooth. The amenities provided were also satisfactory, adding convenience to my stay. The hotel staff was helpful and attentive, ensuring a pleasant stay. Overall, a great experience.
