I reached this hotel on 01 march25 at around 8 pm, it was a walkable distance from the Ooty bus stand the person at the reception Mr. Rahul guided me and confirmed my room booking on phone, He is a soft spoken mild mannered man, first I was given room on the ground floor, whose window I could not open since there was a big wall of the adjacent property, hence no ventilation, next morning I was allocated a room on first floor there too the window was facing a huge wall , so no cross ventilation, the restaurant service was good, I always had idlis, Alu parathas for bkfst or dinner, since the vegetables were exorbitantly priced, the service boys especially Mr. Ram dutt and the other from the restaurant named Mr. Deepak were Quite polite and helpful , although they didn't understand my Hindi or English, hotel is bang opposite to the ooty railway station, which is it's USP, only draw back as others mentioned was hot water only 3 hours in the morning and, no one coming to collect the garbage bin, I stayed here from 01 march25 8 pm onwards to 05march25 10.30 am , overall my stay was comfortable. Thankyou Rahul, Ramdutt,Deepak and the other staff at the reception.Hope to visit again in the near future , lastly there was not wifi connectivity in both the rooms till the duration of my stay there.

I stayed for two nights in May 2025.we booked hotel in last minute and check IN around 11.45pm in night. They provide good communication and in house food facilities. Very near to railway station & boat house.and view toy trains often. No negotiation on prices. I spent around 3.5k per night . No complimentary breakfast. Rooms are clean and u will get hot water 7 am to 10am. Service is good. Car parking is available for 8 cars.
