The check-in experience was seamless and efficient, earning a well-deserved 5 stars. However, the location of the hotel was quite disappointing, deserving only 1 star. Similarly, the amenities provided were lacking and in dire need of improvement, earning another 1 star. Overall, the check-in experience was excellent, but the location and amenities were subpar.
