The hotel offers a mixed experience. The food was undeniably good, with a variety of options that were both tasty and satisfying, making it one of the better aspects of the stay. However, the staff performance was average; while they were not impolite, their service lacked attentiveness and professionalism. On the downside, the bathroom lock was broken, which caused some inconvenience, and the overall hygiene of the hotel could be improved, especially in the rooms and common areas. With better maintenance and a focus on cleanliness, this hotel could provide a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay. Don't call me or sent notification regarding this.
