"The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly. They made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The check-in experience was quick and smooth. Overall, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the staff and easy check-in process."
