I particularly thank Mr Sanjay the manager, very kind and always listening to us. I would also like to thank the entire cleaning team, the rooms are very well maintained, the sheets changed regularly. I thank the team who work at breakfast and particularly Mr Pavan, a very nice, very respectful person and also the young man in training Mr Ranveer, he is very helpful and professional. The chef, magnificent Mr Vikash. I also thank Mr Jethu at reception who was able to meet all my expectations. I really enjoyed the swimming pool and especially the birds that can come and drink, it is very kind of the hotel to let the animals drink. The swimming pool is magnificent and very clean. The hotel staff is great. I would come back with great pleasure (Original) Hotel parfait, le personnel est tres a l ecoute . Les chambres sont tres propres et le buffet du petit dejeuner magnifique. Je remercie particulièrement Mr Sanjay le manager,tres gentil et toujours a notre ecoute . Je renerci également toute l equipe de nettoyage, les chambres sont tres bien entretenus ,les draps changés régulièrement. Je remercie l equipe qui travaille au petit dejeuner et particulièrement Mr Pavan tres gentil personne tres respectueux et aussi le jeune homme en apprentissage Mr Ranveer ,il est tres serviable et professionnel. Le chef cuisinier ,magnifique Mr Vikash. Je remercie également Mr Jethu a la réception qui a su repondre a toutes mes attentes . J ai besucoup apprécié la piscine et surtout les oiseaux qui peuvent venir boire ,c est tres bienveillant de la part de l hotel de laisser les animaux s abreuver. La piscine est magnifique et tres propre . Le personnel de l hotel est top . Je reviendrais avec grand plaisirs

Hotel location is good, reception can be more attentive and formal. I don’t like the room size it’s very small. I didn’t like it much. But best part I went for breakfast and I saw the restaurant was full after some struggle I get seat. FNB team was busy but they keep smiling and full filling the other guest demand, they all looks so ttentovw and well connected . I call manager and appreciate there hard work and said thank you to them There FnB manager, Praveen banquet, manager and breakfast team they are awesome, what a flawless work, team work they shown. The serving approach, going out of the way to make costumer happy. Praveen Banquet manager serve me black coffee and said hi sir you to have something with this, I said no I fine with coffee he said I am also addicted with coffee I always have some cookies this, please try once I’ll serve you best in hotel, I said ok. He bring and get some in BNB, I enjoyed coffee with cookies and left the place. Before I leave they saying sir can I pack something to you, sir next time contact us to book hotel we will personally take care of everything. Sir do want anything in room, I thanked them leave for check out I would love to enjoye there hospitality but if they can provide better deluxe room Thank you once again Suggestion please remove egg trolly from the entrance because of it the entire lobby getting egg smell.. put egg trolly at the good exhaust fan.. vegetarian 🤩
