It is situated very close to the railway station, bus stand, and major tourist attractions, making commuting extremely convenient. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. From air-conditioning, LED TV, and clean bedding to 24-hour hot water supply and good Wi-Fi connectivity — everything contributed to a comfortable stay. The interior decor and ambiance of the room gave a very positive and peaceful vibe. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. From check-in to check-out, every staff member took care of my needs attentively. Any issue that arose was resolved promptly. The reception team was always welcoming with a smile, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. The housekeeping and cleanliness standards were commendable. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and special attention was paid to bathroom hygiene. When it comes to food, the in-house restaurant served delicious and high-quality meals. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every dish was fresh and well-prepared. I especially enjoyed the North Indian thali and the masala tea, which completely won me over. The security arrangements were also strong. CCTV cameras were installed on every floor, and security guards were present at night, which added a sense of safety and peace of mind.
