The hotel surpassed my expectations with its exceptional cleanliness. The check-in experience was a breeze and the staff was extremely courteous. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to all major attractions. Overall, a 5-star experience!

Room: The room was not up to the mark, requiring immediate renovation. The furniture and fixtures were old and outdated. Check-in experience: The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff seemed untrained and there was a lack of professionalism. Amenities: The amenities provided were below average. The hotel lacked basic facilities and there was a lack of maintenance. Overall, my stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
