Although the check-in experience was not up to the mark, the hotel staff excelled in their service. They were friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. The amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, our experience at the hotel was excellent and we would gladly recommend it to others.

This hotel was amazing! The rooms were top-notch, extremely comfortable and absolutely worthy of the 5 stars I'm giving. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free, making me feel right at home. And the location couldn't be better, in the heart of the city. Highly recommended!
