Checkin experience was not good at all, felt like a hassle. However, the location of the hotel was decent and the room was decently spacious. Overall, a satisfactory stay.
The hotel was fantastic overall, from its amenities to its location. However, the check-in experience was disappointing. The staff seemed unorganized and it took a long time to get our room key. Apart from that, everything else was excellent.
