I must say, the staff at this hotel was outstanding! They were efficient and friendly throughout my stay. The check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. However, I feel that the amenities could have been better as per my expectations. Overall, a great experience! 5 stars for the staff and check-in, and 3 stars for the amenities.
