I recently stayed at your hotel and had a mixed experience. I appreciated the friendly staff and clean room. However, I was disappointed with the overall rating of 3 out of 5 on Google Maps. I would appreciate it if you could share any feedback or suggestions on how to improve the guest experience.

The checkin experience at the hotel was smooth and hassle-free. The staff was efficient and friendly. The location of the hotel was convenient and easily accessible. The amenities provided by the hotel were top-notch, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
