The check-in experience was absolutely fabulous, a smooth and hassle-free process that left me feeling welcomed and valued. However, I was quite disappointed with the food quality, which was below par. The cleanliness of the hotel also left much to be desired, as there were noticeable areas that required attention.
The hotel has decent amenities, a smooth check-in process, and friendly staff. However, there is still room for improvement in terms of service quality and responsiveness. Overall, a comfortable stay.
