The check-in experience was top-notch! The staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was spacious and well-maintained. The cleanliness was good, though there were a few minor stains. Overall, a wonderful stay at this hotel! Next time please provide toiletries (basic) rest all excellent

The Checkin experience was disappointing, but the helpfulness and friendliness of the Staff made up for it. The cleanliness of the hotel was below par. Overall, the Staff deserves a 5-star rating for their excellent service.
