Room: The room was comfortable and clean with all the basic amenities. Although it was not lavish, it served the purpose well and provided a pleasant stay. (3/5) Checkin experience: The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The staff at the front desk were courteous and efficient, making the experience pleasant. (3/5) Staff: The hotel staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They ensured that all our needs were met and provided excellent service. Their warm hospitality added to our enjoyable experience. (3/5) Overall, despite the average room and check-in experience, the staff's professionalism and friendly nature made the stay at the hotel a delightful one. I would recommend it for a comfortable and welcoming stay.

The check-in experience was top-notch, 5 stars for sure! The hotel staff was friendly and efficient, making the process smooth. The food was delicious, earning a solid 4 stars. However, the room was disappointing, deserving only 1 star. Overall, the stay was great, thanks to the excellent check-in and tasty food.
