The Checkin experience was disappointing, the staff was not attentive and it took ages to get the room keys. However, the food was decent, with a good variety of options. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. Overall, I would rate my stay as 2-star, but the food was the only redeeming factor.
