The check-in experience at this hotel was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, making the process quick and hassle-free. However, I was slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. On the bright side, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay.
