The check-in experience was quite smooth and efficient, though there was a slight delay in receiving our room keys. The amenities provided were satisfactory, but it would have been better if they had a fitness center. The cleanliness of the hotel was commendable, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
